designed around the way your office currently functions and for all levels of staff, from office volunteer to
physician.
Classes typically take place
on-site or at a location convenient to the staff of the practice. The
training is designed to focus on the areas of the system that are
pertinent to staff who will utilize those features.
For instance, claims processing will be presented to the billing staff,
while patient triage processes will be presented to the medical staff.
Because of this targeted training approach, classes can be kept to a
minimum of two to three hours. This
also keeps class sizes small for better learning and minimizes disruption in the office’s workflow.

Application Training

computer. We provide desktop application training that ranges from
a beginning word
processing program to a more advanced report writing course. These classes are presented by a professional, Microsoft
Certified trainer and may be customized to meet your office needs.
Lengths of classes vary from ˝ day (4 hour) sessions to full day
sessions and can be offered on-site.
